What are my options and possibilities in personalising my CarSign?

  1. You can personally decide upon the surface of the stainless steel licence plate bracket. You can choose from different surface designs for you licence plate holder, such as chromed or brushed stainless steel, in our shop.
  2. You can add an inlay to the CarSign number plate holder on the rear of your car. You can make your choice from many in the online store. 
    With the help of different fonts, graphics and colours you can make your personalised inlay in the shop-configurator. You can contact us per e-mail for inlays with personalised designs and logos.
    Soon you can also order laser engravings for your licence plate bracket from the online store – you have to possibility of inserting your own text in your desired font. This function is available from June 2009. Until then, you can contact us via e-mail.

What information does CarSign need to create a personalised inlay with embedded graphics?
For this function we need a vector file (files that end with *.eps or *.ai). If this is not possible, you can also send a high resolution photo (*.jpeg) via e-mail.

What are the inlays made of and how durable are they?
The inlays of your number plate holder are made grom high quality synthetic resin. Through a complex procedure, the background is pressed on a special film using digital printing and then cast with synthetic resin. The special 3D-effect is achieved through the pressure on the surface which creates an elevated surface.

Is it possible for me to change my inlay at a different time?
This is possible – contact us via e-mail or call us. We will produce a new inlay for you, with charge. You can send us your licence plate holder and we will replace the inlay.

Could I use my favourite club’s logo or other brands on my personalised CarSign inlay?
In most cases, brands and logos are copyrighted. Without permission, it is impossible for us to produce these inlays. We are always trying our best to expand the choice of logos. If you wish to have an inlay with a specific brand, you can send us an e-mail and we will contact the owner of the copyrights.
